14-Day Return Policy
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

The product must be unused, clean, and in its original condition.

All original packaging and accessories must be included.

Proof of purchase is required.
To request a return, email gretesspet@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Please contact us before sending an item back. We will provide return instructions.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.
Pre-Order Cancellations
GRETESS pre-orders are charged in full at checkout.
Customers may cancel their pre-order before shipment for a full refund, including the original shipping charge.
Our current estimated pre-order shipping period is late December 2026. This is an estimate and may change.
If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify affected customers, provide a revised shipping date, and offer cancellation with a full refund as required by applicable law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Email gretesspet@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs if available.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional shipping cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you of the refund decision.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
