Welcome to GRETESS.com! This website is operated by GRETESS LLC, located in Delray Beach, Florida, USA.

By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service and our applicable store policies.

1. Products and Availability

GRETESS offers pet products and accessories, including premium insulated pet water bottles.

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, pricing, and availability information. Product colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

We reserve the right to correct errors and limit quantities, subject to applicable law.

2. Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Payment is required at checkout. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are displayed before completing a purchase.

Pre-orders require full payment at checkout. They are one-time purchases and do not create a subscription.

3. Pre-Orders

Certain GRETESS products may be available for pre-order before inventory arrives.

Our initial water bottle pre-orders are estimated to ship in late December 2026.

Shipping dates are estimates and may change. If shipment is delayed beyond the promised timeframe, customers will be notified and offered applicable cancellation and refund options.

Customers may cancel unshipped pre-orders for a full refund, including original shipping charges.

4. Shipping and Delivery

GRETESS currently offers Standard shipping within the United States at $13.00 per order.

Estimated transit time is 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Shipping estimates do not include the waiting period for pre-order inventory.

5. Returns and Refunds

Eligible unused products may be returned within 14 days after delivery, subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

Customers should contact gretesspet@gmail.com before returning merchandise.

Nothing in these terms limits rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Product Use and Safety

Customers are responsible for using products according to their instructions and supervising pets when appropriate.

Inspect products regularly for damage and discontinue use if a product becomes unsafe.

7. Website Content

GRETESS names, logos, photographs, product descriptions, and original website content are owned by GRETESS LLC or used with permission.

Unauthorized commercial reproduction or use is prohibited except as permitted by law.

8. Prohibited Activities

Customers may not use our website for fraudulent transactions, unlawful activities, unauthorized access, or interference with website security.

9. Third-Party Services

Our online store is powered by Shopify and may use third-party payment, shipping, and other service providers.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GRETESS LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website interruptions or improper product use.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or customer remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes will not retroactively remove rights under orders already placed.
