Pre-Order Shipping

Our GRETESS Premium Insulated Pet Water Bottles are currently available for pre-order.

Estimated shipping: Late December 2026
Full payment is collected at checkout.
Shipping dates are estimates and may change due to production, transportation, or other unexpected delays.
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once their order ships.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer Standard shipping within the United States.

Standard Shipping: $13.00 per order

Estimated transit time: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

We do not currently offer Express shipping.

Delivery Time

The 3–5 business day delivery estimate begins after your order has shipped, not on the date your pre-order is placed.

Carrier delays, holidays, and weather conditions may affect delivery times.

Shipping Delays and Cancellations

If we are unable to ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify affected customers and provide an updated shipping date.

Customers may cancel an unshipped pre-order for a full refund, including the original shipping charge.

If a delay occurs, customers will be offered the option to accept the revised shipping date or cancel for a full refund, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
